An Inspiring Talk By Shawn (Shalin) Parikh

Mr. Shalin (Shawn) Parikh Founder and CEO, Entigrity was invited to give a session at the St. Kabir Institue of Professional Studies, Ahmedabad. It was a rousing and inspiring talk on “When is the right time to become an entrepreneur? Learning from my mistakes and experiences.”

From its inception to the position Entigrity’s in today, it has been a journey of incredible highs and lows. Starting with a team of 5 first-time entrepreneurs who had faced 150 rejections before landing our first client, today we are the most preferred offshore partner for more than 600 accounting firms across the globe.

Internationally, our most recent expansion has been in the United States, Canada, and United Kingdom while domestically, we have just opened our 8th office in India, in Rajkot, Gujarat. Today, there are more than 2,000 employees who are a part of Entigrity. We have survived the tough times with a never-give-up attitude and enjoyed every minute of our journey.

We hope to grow further in the coming years, all the while ensuring that we enhance, empower, and elevate each employee of our company. Being a purpose-led organization, we also aim to advance our social initiatives, such as the Entigrity Foundation, in which we distribute food packages to the underserved sections of society, and our child education venture, wherein we sponsor the education of 1 child for 1 employee.

Building value rather than valuation has been a core focus of Entigrity over the past six years and sharing industrial realities and practical learning with tomorrow’s entrepreneurs was an invaluable and enlightening experience for all.
